Returns

If something is not quite right you’ve got 30 days to send back your items for a full refund. All we ask is that items are in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and original packaging.

To return an item, email support@ludopadel.com with your order number.

For UK orders, we’ll send a prepaid return label and deduct £2.95 from your refund to cover return shipping.

For orders outside the UK, customers cover return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t take responsibility for lost parcels.

Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
